Health and fitness is a part of my everyday life and I enjoy helping others meet their health and fitness goals. I have over seven years of experience with exercise program design and implementation for a wide range of clients. I've trained clients in large commercial gyms, small fitness studios, hotel fitness centers, condo fitness centers, client's homes, and even outdoors at parks.
I prefer to conduct full body functional training sessions that will benefit my clients both during and after their workouts. Full body functional training primarily involves weight bearing exercises that challenge the entire body with great emphasis placed on challenging the core(abdomen and lower back). This type of training is best for most people because it mimics the way your body naturally moves. After training with me my clients have reported they've found it easier to perform day to day tasks such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting groceries and much more.
My speciality is working with clients that are serious about permanently changing their lives for the better by dropping excess body fat and getting in shape. My philosophy for fitness is the same philosophy I have for life in general, you ultimately get what you earn and nothing is free. People always say they want to lose weight and get in shape but it's rare to find people that want to put in work and make the necessary sacrifices to lose that weight and get in shape. Wanting something isn't enough. You have to be at a place mentally where you're willing to do whatever it takes to get what you want.
I'm a champion for healthy living and really believe that regular exercise and healthy sensible nutrition are the best preventative medicine there is. Regular exercise and sensible healthy nutrition are also our best defenses against most of the diseases that are rampant today like type II diabetes, heart disease, obesity and many forms of cancer.
